RDC b/w WIn and RHEL

Hi All,
i wish to connect window-XP comp to RHEL machine, which i can do using 'ssh' command.
But, vice-versa is not working. I can't connect win-XP m/c from RHEL machine, as i don't have ssh server installed on win-XP machine.
Could anyone suggest me how can i connect win-XP machine from Linux machine? Whether RDC tool will be easier or the VNC tool? And could you brief its usage to me ?

I'm not sure about RHEL, but in most linuces, there is a package called 'rdesktop'. This will create a remote desktop session similar to what you are talking about. In order to connect to an XP machine using this technology, you need to 'invite' yourself onto the XP machine. The technology is called remote desktop.
