RAID mount


hi all
I use ubuntu 12.04 .
I made RAID in 3 hards with command #mdadm i named it md0.
and want to mount it with directory.i writ
#mount /dev/md0 /backup
but gave me (mount: mount point /dataa does not exist)
how can i mount /dev/md0?and how can i use #fstab?

Have you put a filesystem on it
