There does not seem to be a sub-forum for Tiny Core Linux only for Damn Small Linux which has been retired, so I am placing my question here:
When you boot Tiny Core Linux from a Live CD (RAM-only mode), is it possible to change the password of the root user and create an additional non-root user with a custom password via boot options?
Distribution: Mainly Devuan, antiX, & Void, with Tiny Core, Fatdog, & BSD thrown in.

Rep:
You would likely have to remaster it, not particularly hard, if it has that option, (it's been a while since I've done anything with it, though I do keep a copy around).
Try the exceptional all in one tool: "ezremaster.tcz" using the "inside initrd" option.
and also "core-remaster.tcz" extension for a quick unpack, modify and repack of core.tz
