query denied in bind

can someone please englighten me why i get this error in my bind syslog

Jun  7 21:09:50 DNS named[3098]: client 192.168.8.100#61000: query (cache) 'web.ic.localdomain/A/IN' denied

do you get this for all the queries or just for some queries ?
maybe you need to add this to your global option or view :

allow-query {Allowedclients;};

i have already defined this in my /etc/bind9/named.conf.option

allow-query { any;};

and still not working.

as far as i know by default it should allow any user to use cache .
