hi friends, am using transimission to download torrents but when it start downloading i just can't browse anymore since my connection slows down, but when i stop downloading from transimission my connection just works fine. please what can i do to fix this?! thank you very much for your help
Under Transmission, you would use "Edit" then "Speed." I don't know how fast your network is of course, but you could start with a download and upload speed limit of 100 KiB/s to start. If your browsing speed is still slow, cut those figures to 50. If you think your network can handle more, bump that up to 200.
