Question Problem with KDE translation !!??


hello everyone..
I translated my KDE to my language (downloaded the files from KDE.ORG ) but now I have this problems :

it's suppose to be read from right to left

the program is translated but only this popup window is not translated, and all the other programs popup windows !!!!!!!

another question :

if I have a fully translated program but it contain some items not translated.. how can I search for it and translate it ???
