Smile Problem with GNUMake on my windows 7 ()64

Hi all,

I am totally new in working with GNU, g++ and GNUMake

I have a package which I need to install using GNUMake on my system which is windows7 (64-bit).

in my cmd command prompt when I type "make", I constantly receive this error:

./foolproof.sh/user/local/bin g++
bin csh can not be found. please install it or create a symbolic csh to /usr/bin/tcsh, if installed.
make: ***[all] Error1

I am using MinGW and added it to my Path,
I did the same thing for the GNUMake (I assumed adding it to my paths is the way of installing it)

Does anybody can tell me in a very simple way that what should I do to make it work,

Have gone through so many blogs in the net and still couldn't figure it out,

Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz, somebody help me
