problem in making zImage for linux 2.6


hi all,

i have trying to compile linux kernel 2.6.26.3. while running the make command i got the following message :

can any one help me to sort out this problem.

According to Google other people have had the same error and it's related to the Broadcom drivers, you could try and exclude them from the compile.

The latest stable Kernel version is 2.6.26.5 have you tried compiling that yet?

Do you configure your kernel from scratch or from a working config ?

Hi i'm facing the same problem as well. I'm using linux-dist-20080808
