Priority of Linux process/thread

In Linux, how to schedule across multiple scheculing types, such as _FIFO, _RR and _OTHER and how to coordinate static/dynamic priority attribute?

Read the sched_setscheduler man page. It has a pretty good description of how the different scheduling priorities/algorithms interact.
