Printing with the default KDE spooler

If I want to print a range of pages from a multiple page document, how do I do it? I can't find any page from and page to, just number of copies.

Am I missing something totally obvious?

Yep - you're missing to tell us which application
or document type you're trying to print (with)?

Sorry, trying to print a pdf that has been opened in Konqueror.

In that case try clicking the "Expand" button ;)
