Printing option to letterhead

I'm looking for a CUPS option to print on letterhead. The O/S is RedHat Enterprise 3 and the printer is an H/P lasterjet 4100 series configured as a JetDirect printer. I have designated one draw as letter media, another as legal and a third as letter media with letterhead.

Is there a way to direct printing to the letterhead drawer? I tried lp -o media=letterhead, but that didn't work.

I have also tried modifying the printer configuration to make Tray3 the default tray. When I printed to this printer, paper was pulled from Tray2, which is normally the default.
