if you can't even connect to port 25, clearly postfix isn't running, isn't configured to listen on that ip address or you're firewalled. as for port 110, that's pop3, which is nothing to do with postfix in the slightest.

Now the both are working

telnet it.tuxnet.com 25
Trying 192.168.0.11...
Connected to it.tuxnet.com (192.168.0.11).
Escape character is '^]'.
220 it.tuxnet.com ESMTP Postfix
quit
221 2.0.0 Bye
Connection closed by foreign host.
[root@it postfix]# telnet it.tuxnet.com 110
Trying 192.168.0.11...
Connected to it.tuxnet.com (192.168.0.11).
Escape character is '^]'.
+OK Dovecot ready.
quit
+OK Logging out
Connection closed by foreign host.
I am not able receive any mails local domain and other domain.
Please advise me.

Thanks
