Postfix mail send receive problem

Hello,
I have setup a mail server with Postfix, Dovecot and Squirrel Mail for internal mail transfer(only the users of this server - there is no domain specially created except NIS for other linux systems authentication and NFS mount). Initially it was working fine with the accounts created through "useradd" command. Later I imported around 10 accounts through "newusers" command. After that I was able to login through webmail page with new accounts but when I was trying to send any mail to other new accounts pop-up said "Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable/ 550 5.1.1 <deb@abc.com>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table" - abc.com is a fake domain mentioned on main.cf and hostname(servername.abc.com). It is a problem of postfix as 550 no, but unable to understand why this is happening. Tried to find out further and found users created through useradd are having one file on their name in /var/spool/mail and /var/log/mail, but users created through newusers does not have. I created two files in the name of 2 users with same permission & group but the problem is not resolved. Finally I tried with the instruction available on Postfix site for unknown local recipient & same pop-up ID, (local_recipient_maps=no value) - after that rejection message gone but recipient is not receiving the mail. Again if I send mail from newusers account to the account by useradd, recipient is receiving but opposite is again same(useradd a/c to newusers a/c not receiving). Then I hashed the local_recipient_maps=no value part as it was before. Probably useradd writes info to some other places also but not sure. Again I checked by logging into newusers a/c and sending mail through mutt it is going but recipient is not receiving. Unable to understand how to find out actual path here.

Any idea?
