Please help :( ...

Hello all,

I posted this in the a few days ago, but never got any replies. I've searched google and searched through lots of mailing list archives for my answer but cannot find it.

I'm trying to get telnetd to start from console, but i get this:

Quote:
telnetd: getpeername: Socket operation on non-socket
i edited /etc/xinetd.d/telnet, so that its enabled, but still no luck.

Can You explain how i can get it to work please?

Ps.I know that telnet is insecure, but this is for my network behind a computer setup as a firewall.

Thanks.
