pgplot problem


Hello
I have insttaled pglpot5.2 but when i want to run a file with this programm it gaves me this error

"can not load or share libpgplot5.so there is not such file or directory"

although i have this library in my lib directory

what should i do ?

pgplot problem

hello
I've used this guidance "install.html.maff/1264065517050_652/index.html
and also i work with OpenSuse 10.3
tar xzf pgplot5.2.tar.gz
cd pgplot
cp drivers.list /usr/local/pgplot/
vi /usr/local/pgplot/drivers.list
uncomment these:
GIDRIV 1/GIF
PNDRIV 1/PNG
PNDRIV 2/TPNG
PSDRIV 1/PS
PSDRIV 2/VPS
PSDRIV 3/CPS
PSDRIV 4/VCPS
XWDIRV 1/XWINDOW
XWDRIV 2/XSERVE
cd /usr/locaal/pgplot
/home/username/src/pgplot/makemake /home/username/src/pgplot linux g77_gcc
vim makefile
change pndriv.o : ./png/h ./pngconf.h ./zlib.h ./zconf.h
to
/usr/local/include/png.h ..........
write in bash:
export PGPLOT_DIR=/usr/local/pgplot setven PGPLOT_DIR /usr/local/pgplot
source .bashrc
ln -s libpgplot.so /usr/lib/libpgplot.so
ln -s libcpgplot.a /usr/lib/libcpgplot.a
ln -s cpgplot.h /usr/include/cpgplot.h

also i have errors in last 3line
"too many syntax "

Did you try linking libpgplot5.so to libpgplot.so?

Code:
ln -s libpgplot5.so /usr/lib/libpgplot.so

yes i have tried to link but nothing happen still i have the same problem
"error: can not load or share libpgplot.so; there is no such file or directory"

I would start over with these instructions.
