PAX configuration - how to?

I need to set the following two configurations in order for my fglrx module to work, permanently, but I can't find how I'd do that:

Code:
CONFIG_PAX_USERCOPY

CONFIG_PAX_MEMORY_UDEREF
'/etc/sysctl.d/05-grsecurity.conf' and '/etc/paxd.conf' don't contain any of those configurations above.

Thanks.

Look like kernel compile time config options to me.
