I tested the dvd with the media test when installing fedora and it came up fine.

Installed Fedora FAILED as it went half way through intalling software, i moved the mouse and it crashed and wanted to reboot after saying error-abort etc. I chose to download all software,webserver etc all 3 options. I installed on free space remaining and chose deafults for everything else.

What can i do as it took 10hours to download and to do it again would require port forward which i didnt get as there were too many ways to do it.

you should just install the software you need

No the install fails I said. It crashes half way through even when i do min options.

What i do have is another download by bittorrent on another pc but the pc has a cd burner only. I will need to connect to the pc .

Now can i cant connect 2 pc's with a ethernet cable connected to the router and another canble from the router to the other pc. I do filesharing , netwizard and nothing!
