Panasonic printer without linux driver, how to enable printing

My PC has Ubuntu 9.04 and Windows XP2 as OS. Printer is Panasonic KX-MB772 laser. No linux driver. Is there any way to print linux documents?

Useful resources:
http://www.openprinting.org/printer_list.cgi
http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/OpenPrinting

The former doesn't mention your printer, and says for the Panasonic KX-MB778 (I assume it's similar) that it's a paperweight. Now that's not official, but it doesn't look good.

I don't know how Panasonic's all-in-one machines fare, I've read that most HP all-in-ones do okay.
