Angry Out of Inodes

Right now I am running and old Red Hat 7.1 server. It was great and I have had no problems till yesterday! (I know, I know. I need to upgrade but it works so good till now!)

I checked my machine to see why I could not delete emails and noticed that I my Inodes for root are at 100%

Does anyone know how to clear them in the ex3 filesystem! ???

Delete some files. Sadly, there's no way to make more inodes other than re-mkfsing the filesystem.

Hummmm

Is there a way to see if there are hidden files? Or to see if there are spawning logs or something?

Hidden files:

find / -name ".*"

Not sure what you mean by "spawning logs"

Cheers,

Thank you.

Thank you for you help on this. What I meant by Spawning logs was I was wondering if a log was getting too big?
