Nokia N72 is not recognized as secondary device


Hi, My nokia n72 phone is not recognized as secondary device in fedora 10- when connected through usb cable...What should I do to recognize it by PC?

plug in the deice

at a terminal type lsusb > file
then dmesg | tail >> file

then paste the contents of file and post it in [code] tags

that's what i was looking for

it looks like it's creating a device node /dev/ttyACM0

see if that helps

What is meant by USB ACM Device...I can't open the file ttyacm0...It says there is no application to open it....Why isn't it showing as normal usb pendrive, it seems OS is recognizing it but can't open it....
