No action when i doubleclick in touchpad

Hi,

I have installed fedora 10 in my laptop, recently.

No action is taken when i perform double click/single click in touchpad.

If i do right click/left click it works,i mean if i want to open a folder if i select and press left click or right click and choose open folder.

Do i need to install any other RPM?Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

i have fedora-9 live-usb and the track pad on my laptop doesnt do double-click.
(the left and right buttons under it does but sometimes i expect to tap twice on the track pad to open something)

i figured it in the xorg.conf file but the live version doesnt have that file.

Hi,
What i meant here is that, when i use touch pad it didnt perform any operation. For example when i double click on a word it should select that particular word or when i double click it should open a folder.Isn't it? it is not happening

I am using left and right buttons available to open a folder or to perform any operation.

I want to use touch pad to perform any operation like selecting a word, opening a folder.

Hope this is clear.
