Need network drivers of VIrtualbox

Hi guys,

I installed virtualbox on my slackware 12.1 distribution,

i've got a gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L motherboard,

1. where can i get network drivers for my motherboard,

2. and how do i install the driver when i get it

ps: lspci gives me

02:00. Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconducter Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabyte Ethernet controller (ref ff)

VirtualBox doesn't have any drivers for your motherboard NIC; it uses the host's drivers -- in your case Slackware's. The virtual NICs in VirtualBox virtual machines are chosen to emulate very common NICs so most guest OSes are distributed with drivers for them.
