I don't know how about Mac, but Windows cannot read Linux-filesystems by default.

Why do you use a Mac if there is no difference?

Well, they have different filesystems, different partitionentries etc.

I am not sure if it is the case, but it seems that the following is often useful after doing partition modifications:

That is great news!

How can I check what the route to the disk is using only the terminal?
