need help with yast2/Sowftware management not searching on my mounted cd

Hi guys

I have a question about Yast2's Software Management. I am running suse enterprise 11 sp2 as a VM with vmware player. I am trying to install openssl-devel, as it is a required step for what i am trying to accomplish.

but when i used the software management to search for openssl-devel, it can't find it anywhere. now i got the suse 10 iso image mounted on my vm machine, and a search did turn up the openssl-devel rpms, but Software Management can't find it. (the suse 11 sp2 dvd images does not have openssl-devel, or at least, search turned up nothing so i went back to suse 10 and found it there)

I figured out that I need to add my image as a repository, and now it is added. but i keep getting errors such as "can't access installation media". What does that mean? why would I get that?

Thank you all very much
