Mysql Recovery Question

My Hardrive with Mysql Crashed and was able to recover everything in the mysql directory apart from the mysql/mysql folder which mysql server is dependent upon.

All individual databases, ibdata1, ib_logfile0 and ib_logfile1 are still intact. When those individual databases where used to overwrite newly created database folders on a new Server, they work perfectly for databases created in the MyIsam format but all InoDB databases are not working. I have noticed that there are no .idb files in the respective database folders.

Is it still possible to get back my DBs done in InnoDB format?

Thanks for the anticipated replies.

Here is a link to a thread which discusses that problem. It contains links to other files which describe to procedure. I don't pretend to understand it all. I hope it helps you.
