Unhappy MRTG/Apache on Fedora

I've sucessfully configured MRTG on RedHat 8 and RedHat 9. Getting MRTG configured on Fedora was even easy on Fedora.

The trouble is I'm forbidden to access *can't post a URL*/mrtg. I tried running chmod 777 on /var/www/mrtg but no luck. I haven't setup an index.html in this folder so I could have a problem with directory browsing on some other problem. I've never reconfigured apache at all for MRTG. I think it's the Apache configuration I'm missing.
