Question mpg files

Hey
i keep downloading different movies off kazaa, some of these dont work for some reason. I dont know why though but it only happens with mpg files. Is there any software i need to download and if there is what and where do I download it???
thanks for your help

I guess the right codecs are not yet installed.
You should go to www.mydivx.com to get those for Linux.

Afterwards I suggest you to get Mplayer to see your movies.
