mount linux vmdk on windows !!

Hi,
I have been trying to mount my linux vmdk file on Windows XP using vmware-mount.
Its giving me an unexpected error?
Is there any other way I can mount my Linux vmdk on Windows.
In Linux I am using ext2 and ext3 for boot and root partitions respectively.

Please how would I acces my Linux virtual drive on Windows.

Cheers!!
