Matrix G200 fails on startup

Hi,

I have a PCI and a AGP graphics card in my computer.
WhenI in my BIOS choose to boot on the PCI card, it does so nicely:
1. LILO boots up, and I choose to boot linux 2.6.8.1
2. I then see about 20 lines of initial startup code
3. The screen then goes weird with red/green dots here and there

I use console login, so I don't see why it should be changing any drivers at that point.
I have tried both with, and without the vesa module in my kernel, same thing happening.

Any Ideas ?

When I boot on my AGP card, everything is fine. I boot X, and I see my second screen "initializing" but nothing is painted on it. The last two lines in my log tells me that the card are using the same "memory space ???"

Thanks for you help !

When booting on my AGP card, my XFree86.0.log looks like this:
