man/info pages inpc linux os

I find that the man or info pages in pc linux os are not as complete as in fedora or redhat. E.g. I could not find any man pages for simple commands like strcmp, strcpy etc..
Is there any way to get the complete manual?? any packages to be installed?? Plz help..

Start Synaptic and look through the list of installed packages. You may find some in which the documentation files are seperate from the rest of the package.
