I'm trying to do a 2.6.11. kernel config in knop 3.8.2 following

I get up to make xconfig (or menuconfig) & get the folowing error

Anyone know what this means? do I need to downmload something else. I already downloaded 40mb worth of stuff.

can't say quite why that's not working, but the normal reason for the fault itself is that there is no symlink from /usr/src/linux/include/asm to include/asm-<your-arch-here> - normally asm-i386. just pop that symlink in yourself and see.
