Red face Logged in as ROOT: Don't have necessary privileges!

I'm trying to install "liveusb creator" on a Fedora box, while logged in as root, using the "Add/Remove Software" program.

After it install it, it tells me that I need to also install Python Module for GNU Parted. I agree by pressing 'Install' but it tells me that "You don't have the necessary privileges".

How can I do this please?

try installing via console:

Code:
