This output seems to come from Tivoli. What doesn’t make sense to me is the total memory size (less than 6GB) and the resident size of a single process (7 million pages or 28 GB).

What do you get from vmstat?

I don’t know what you mean by read buffer and write buffer. If there is no memory in write buffers, perhaps it’s configured this way? Or the application doesn’t write?

Data resident set size refers to a process’ private (not shared) data pages. Library size - no idea.
