Change it in the Firefox preferences.

I don't have an Acer Aspire 1 but looking at their website itseem tehy installed Firefox as a web browser.

Thus :
1) hit Connect, then Browser. It will open Firefox.

2) In the Menu choose edit then Preferences.

3) It will open a new window. In the "Main" tab replace the Home Page field's content by the address of the page you prefer and close the window.

Next time you use the Browser you'll go to your preferred page.
