Linux on Intel Mac

Hello,

I'm quite new to linux so this might be a stupid question...

Is it possible to install linux on an intel mac mini?
If it is, is the process simple for a newbie?

Thanx

Fedora Core 6 has specific support for installation on Intel Macs. It is scheduled to be generally available on 10/17 (in three days).

It's possible, but it's not yet an "out of the box" solution. There's a howto here.

I downloaded FC6 final last night and am posting this from my Intel Mac Mini!!
I need to muck around with the video drivers a bit, as I seen to be stuck at 600x400 for display, but have the entire 1240x1024 available to mouse around ala StarCraft. Weird, but working!!!
