I have installed RHEL 6.0 on my blade server- HP Proliant BL465C Gen8 Servers. Inserted 2 hard drives of 300 GB each. OS got installed successfully. but when i execute fdisk -l , it is displaying only 1 hard disk is displayed.
Pls find below the output:

Hi,

you don't mention if the installer saw the disk or not...

Anyway, some very basic trouble shooting ideas:

1. Check if the bios sees the disk
2. Reseat the cables
3. Checked if this disk is ok by putting it in another machine

Yes, during the installation also 2nd disk was not visible. Does that mean either the disk is not put correctly or is faulty?
