I am using a Linux application and one single user ID unable to launch the application screen inside his profile.
We login to NxClient and connect to jump server using Ad username and password. After that we are logging to Application server using konsole, shell konsole shows up and user gives cmnd "ssh - X server name" and gives Ad password.aa soon as password is entered application screen should automatically come up, but unfortunately in user's case application screen not coming up, it shows some grey screen and within no seconds it vanishes. Kindly let me know whether it is a permission issue or issue with the shell script related to Application screen because when we enter cmnd "application. Sh&" also application screen died not successfully launch.
Please help me how to proceed with this. Did all troubleshooting without any success.

Read the LQ Rules and "Question Guidelines". Do not use text-speak, and provide details when asking questions. You tell us NOTHING about the version/distro of Linux, what this 'application' is, the contents of whatever 'shell script' you're talking about, etc., etc. You hint at AD...is this a Windows application?? What are you actually trying to do?
Further, this is **NOT URGENT** for anyone here; we volunteer our time, so asking for/expecting 'urgent' help is a bit rude. If you need 'urgent' help, you should use a Linux distro like Red Hat or SUSE Enterprise, that has paid-for service.
