Linux administration

So, I'm a newbie at Linux. I just installed the newest version of Ubuntu the other day. I'm a third year student in a CIS program. I'm leaning towards UNIX/Linux administration. Sadly, My school does not teach the subject. My question is; what is the best resource to learn more about running a Linux server or servers?

the answer depends on what KIND of server you wish to run
for a web server I would look into apache MySQL and PHP
for a file server, samba and nfs
for a mail server postfix or sendmail
and so on
