Although I don't have lxterminal to compare with, I do have 3 other terminal emulator programs. All 3 of them take the same -e option (so it's likely to be -e for lxterminal, too) to give a first command in lieu of the shell. Check the man pages for lxterminal and just run screen that way. Then it's a matter of setting preferences for that startup icon. If it's limited to just a command with no options, make a script that does the command and options you want, and run that script from that icon.
