knoppix and vmware player

hi everyone,

I have installed VMware to run knoppix on top of windows. I have two questions:

1. Is there a way to save my files from knoppix to windows ?

2. would i be able to access my files in windows?

thank you all

vmware player, afaik, can not access physical discs on the host system. i would suggest using a samba connection to a windows share on the host to interchange files. if you were to use vmware server you could directly use the devices, but a network share is just fine i expect.
