Exclamation knetwork manager wont launch


hey it just happened today I see it I click on it....nothing I run sudo knetworkmanager still nothing I have even uninstall and reinstalled nothing any ideas? I also run knetworkmanager and get this...
kbuildsycoca running...
NMSettings::NMSettings
and I get a little green globe icon in my panel but still unable to run it if I go though yast it's fine it's even set to be controlled with knetworkmanager so idk

That green icon is it like a globe .
Normally it means you're connected to the internet.
Clicking on it you disconnect reconnect or configure internet connections.
And when reconnect you get a different icon
It does not work for you ?

yes exactly what I mean is that the network manager wont actually launch the yast network configuration like it's supposed to (open yast admin config go to network devices and network settings) and if I right click on it I get a very basic add connection edit connection or delete connection and yes I do get a different icon if I reconnect (a little ethernet cable) so do you know why the knetworkmanager wont launch the yast network settings like it should? thanks

I am, puzzled as long as the network manager is running you can not
run yast>network settings and that is default
So I really do not what you like to do ?

huh now I'm confused because knetworkmanager is always running but yet I'm still able to run yast network settings... I used to be able to run the knetworkmanger and it would open the yast network settings like a shortcut
