keys are wrong FEDORA


Hi

I am trying to type a pipe symbol (the vertical line) in FEDORA and cant do it. When I press shift and the back slash it will not work. incedently the brackets and quotes wont work either

Do you have the same issue outside of X? If yes, what is your keyboard set to in /etc/X11/XF86Config?

yep that fixed it.

It was set to pc103 and I changed to to microsoft and the language to us and it worked
