kernel update

hi everybody,

i recently updated my fedora-core kernel from 2.6.9-1.667 to -2.6.10-1.766.
now i can select one of the two kernels during the booting process.
but if i choose the new kernel all my installed kernel-modules have disappeared, e.g. mp3- and ntfs-support.....

is there a way to tell the new kernel to use the modules installed under the old kernel, or do i really have to re-install all modules under the new kernel (which could take quite a while...:-(...)?

thx in advance

really have to install modules in new kernel

in extreem cases there are some hacks to use but they are more trouble than reinsalling in more ways that you can imagine.
