Kazaa


If i made 2 partions and put mandrake on 1 and win xp on da other could i install kazaa on win xp and run it on linux cos im finding linux is complicated on installin programs and kazaa isnt supported

you can't. you could install windows xp within a virtual machine, using the vmware software for linux.

or use xmule , its completly *nix software.

Just use Limewire (p2p with gnutella) for Linux. 2 minutes reading and you'll have it installed.

edit, yeah i know i'll get flamed. i just get annoyed with people think it's their right to have a p2p app work the way they want it to on linux.

run Apollon, that does the job. i think it connects to fastrack, or whatever it's called, that Kazaa uses.

Get CodeWavers. It runs off Linux, and you can install a LOT of Windows perograms on Linux and run them under emulation with CodeWavers. Sorry, forgot the link right now, just Google for Codewavers
