Iso


how do you burn ISOs??? i am using the windows utility. do i need to get software or what???

You need the cdrecord program. Type man cdrecord (once it is install, if it isn't already) or go to www.tldp.org and search for the CD-Writing How-to for more information.

Ah, I must have miss read your post, I thought you were asking what you needed to burn cd's under linux. cdrecord is the basic burning software (and what I use because I happen to like the command line) but there are a few graphic front ends for it. And it is free as well.

i was asking for Windows cause i downloaded Yellow Dog, and am gunna download Red Hat, Fredora, Gentoo, and some others but thanks for the help :-D

Search for Burn4Free. It is free and works great.
