is there other kernels in slackware 8.0 that have different drivers


I really need drivers for my video card and im having no luck but i heard that there is different kernels in slackware with different drivers if so can you please tell me how to get to the new kernels Im new at slackware and dont know many commands so please explain in detail thanks
