Is there any online Linux Consoles are available for practise?

Please suggest me Some Online Linux Console / Web ..

You'll have a terminal if you run a live-cd.

Not that there were many on-line consoles to start with anyway and the ones that didn't require an account went away due to lack of support or abuse. The few that still exist have limited value as they tend to serve a specific purpose. IMO you're better off running a Live CD or use virtualization and if you want a web-based console instead of having to SSH or telnet into the virtual machine run something like Shellinabox in it.

JPC offers a way to boot to a command line linux in a browser. What exactly do you need or mean?

Also SuseStudio allows you to create a version of linux that one can use online.
