iPhone OS3.0 and Ubuntu Bluetooth Teathering

Yay, Apple now break AT&T strangle hold on the iPhone and you are allowed to tether it where the carrier permits, and here in NZ, Vodafone allows it. 8)
So I have tested this from Windows7RC, Bluetooth pairs up, new adapter installed, I get a new IP Address and the phone acts like a router. Cool. Same on My Mac.
Now I boot to Ubuntu 9.04 - still learning my way around Linux though so please be gentle with me 8)
I got the phone and my laptop to pair, and the phone reports a good connection, but then I am completely at a loss as to how to configure the networking. The Network manager still only shows the wired and wifi interfaces I normally have. Is there a way to setup/configure the bluetooth connection too?
