Installing Software packages


Hai to Everyone;

I am installing oracle 10g on Oracle Enterprise linux.
It required LIBAIO package.

1. was it successfully installed ??????

2. First time it showed like this

dr-xr-xr-x 1 root root 8192 May 11 20:27 libaio
[root@dhcppc1 hgfs]# cd libaio/
[root@dhcppc1 libaio]# rpm -ivh libaio-0.3.105-2.i386.rpm
error: open of libaio-0.3.105-2.i386.rpm failed: No such file or directory

2.MAy i know cause of error here ....

3. I am using guest/host operating system. I want to know how to share using Winscp..


4. Shall i use YUM tool to install libaio package ???? if so , how to create repository to use yum ????

Seriously you need to combine all your posts into one post. You have several posts out there all for similar items, and regarding one purpose of installing Oracle.
