installation of linsched simulator


I tried installing linsched simulator.I am getting this error
sudo git clone git://google3-2.osuosl.org/linsched/2.6.35.git
Initialized empty Git repository in /home/shaleny.s/2.6.35/.git/
fatal: Unable to look up google3-2.osuosl.org (port 9418) (Name or service not known)
what should i do?Please help me fast

Try this repository:
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/pjt/linsched.git

i tried the repository which has been suggested but i get the error
sudo git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/pjt/linsched.git
[sudo] password for s:

fatal: unable to connect a socket (Network is unreachable)
what should i do?Is there any other simulator?

Why do you type sudo before the command? There is absolutely no reason to have root privileges to run this command.

I just tried again as a regular user and it works. Try this:

git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/pjt/linsched.git
Or better, pick only what you need as this repository is very big.

Anyhow, the connection problem may be transient, be it on your side or on the server's side.

Probably, but it's hard to answer not knowing what you want achieve.

Even as normal user i am not able to get it.I asked is there any other simulator like linsched so that i can evaluate cfs scheduler under different workloads.
